Gene expression analysis (PCR & ddPCR Capabilities)
PCR-based technologies form the backbone of molecular characterization, enabling sensitive detection and precise quantification of nucleic acids across a wide range of applications. At Boveevo Life Sciences, we integrate conventional PCR/qPCR with Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) to deliver high-confidence data for biomarker discovery, translational research, and advanced therapeutics.
Traditional PCR and qPCR support rapid detection and relative quantification of gene expression and target sequences, while ddPCR enables absolute quantification at single-molecule sensitivity through sample partitioning — making it particularly powerful for low-abundance targets and complex biological matrices.
These platforms are extensively applied in cell and gene therapy programs, including CAR-T development, where precise molecular tracking is essential. We perform transgene detection and copy number analysis to monitor CAR construct presence, along with longitudinal persistence studies to track expansion and durability of engineered cells over time. Using highly sensitive assays, we also support biodistribution analysis, enabling quantitative assessment of transgene presence across tissues and biological compartments.
In parallel, we conduct rigorous safety assessments through RCL/RCR detection, using PCR and ddPCR assays designed to identify replication-competent viral sequences with high sensitivity. This is critical for ensuring vector safety and meeting regulatory expectations.
Beyond cell therapy, these platforms support gene expression analysis, rare event detection, vector integration studies, and biomarker validation, providing robust and reproducible molecular insights.
By integrating PCR/ddPCR data with cellular and functional assays, we ensure that molecular measurements are not viewed in isolation, but interpreted within a broader biological and translational context — enabling confident, data-driven decisions across your program.
