IHC: High-End Imaging & Quantitative Analysis

Imaging is no longer just visual confirmation — it is a quantitative, high-content data source that reveals spatial biology, cellular interactions, and marker distribution with precision. At ImmunitasBio, we combine advanced imaging platforms with automated workflows to deliver high-throughput, reproducible, and analysis-ready data.

Using systems such as the AxioScan Z1, ImageXpress Pico, and ImageXpress Micro with confocal capability, we enable seamless transition from large-scale tissue imaging to high-resolution cellular analysis.

Our fully automated slide scanning ensures consistent, high-throughput imaging with minimal operator variability. Whole-slide imaging allows complete sample capture in a single scan, preserving spatial context and eliminating sampling bias. At higher magnification, we achieve subcellular resolution, enabling detailed visualization of cellular structures, protein localization, and morphological changes.

We support multiplex imaging, allowing simultaneous detection of multiple markers within the same sample — critical for understanding complex biological systems and co-localization of targets. With Z-stacking and confocal imaging, we capture depth-resolved information, improving clarity in thick samples and enabling accurate 3D-like interpretation of cellular architecture.

Importantly, imaging is tightly integrated with quantitative analysis software, converting visual data into measurable outputs such as cell counts, intensity distribution, co-localization metrics, and spatial relationships. This ensures results are not just descriptive, but objective, reproducible, and decision-ready.

From tissue-level architecture to subcellular detail, our imaging capabilities provide a comprehensive and quantitative view of biology, supporting biomarker discovery, mechanism-of-action studies, and translational research.
