B CELL ELISPOT for IgG & IgA BEFORE AND AFTER COVID-19 INFECTION
PBMCs were obtained from COVID-19 infected individuals before and after infection were evaluated for their ability to produce IgG and IgA. Post infection IgG and IgA producing B cells were found to be increased in response to the infection. Each spot corresponds to IgG or IgA producing cells.
